A month ago we called Sears Home Repair Services to repair an electric dryer and we're still waiting on the dryer to work properly. Countless calls, scheduled and missed appointments and promises by the customer service department and the supervisors, specifically Dwight (ID # 55124) and John (ID# 569129), and we still don't have anyone who wants to get our problem resolved.
Doesn't anyone from Sears care about customer service?
